What we collect
When you use MirrorDNA you provide: your account email, photos you choose to upload, and your styling choices (occasions, colors, dress selections, Style Battle votes). From your photo our analysis derives measurements (body proportions, skin tone values in Lab color space, color season, body shape). These derived results are stored in your private profile.
Your photo
Before your first analysis you choose a retention mode. In “Analyze only” mode (the default), your photo is processed in memory and never stored on our servers. In “Save my photo” mode, the photo is kept in your private storage area for future try-ons. AI-generated looks you create are saved to your private gallery. Photos are transmitted to our AI processing partners (Google Cloud for analysis, OpenAI for image generation) solely to provide the service.
How we use your data
To provide your analysis, recommendations, and generated images; to operate the credit system; and, in aggregated and de-identified form, to improve MirrorDNA's styling intelligence (for example, which dress types win Style Battles for which body shapes). We do not sell your personal data.
Advertising
We display advertising served by Google AdSense on content pages. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings. EU/UK/CH visitors are shown a consent message before any ads cookies are set.
Deletion & your rights
The “Delete my account & data” button on your profile page permanently removes your photos, analyses, generated looks, battles, wallet, and account. Billing ledger entries are anonymized and retained for accounting. You may also contact us at vinodhnst@gmail.com for any privacy request.
